Questions
Do you sign data privacy agreements?
Yes. Our DPA covers FERPA and COPPA, and we can start from the SDPC National Data Privacy Agreement (v2) if your district uses it. The Trust page has the details.
Which plan fits a school?
Plans count active badges. Solo covers 250, which fits most school staffs. Team covers 2,000, enough for student IDs at most schools, and Business covers 10,000.
Do students need accounts?
No. Only the staff who make and print cards sign in. Students are records on your roster.
