Sell the printer. We’ll handle the badges.

BadgeBadger is badge software that runs in the browser and prints to the card printers you sell. Refer your customers to us and earn 20% of what they pay in their first year. They get 10% off that year, too.

An easy thing to recommend

Nothing to install

Your customer signs in from a browser on Windows or Mac and prints to the printer you sold them. No license keys, no dongles.

It works with what you sell

Zebra, Evolis, Fargo, Magicard, IDP and any other card printer with a Windows or Mac driver.

You keep the hardware

Printers, ribbons and cards stay your business. We only make the software.

We take the support questions

Setup, templates and billing questions come to us, not to your help desk.

Plans start at $29 a month or $290 a year, after a free trial of 10 printed cards with no credit card.

How it works

  1. 1

    Email me

Tell me a little about who you sell to. I’ll set up your link and code within a couple of days.

  2. 2

    Share it

Put the link or code on quotes and invoices, in setup emails, or in the box with a printer. I’ll send you a one-page handout with your own QR code.

  3. 3

    Get paid

Each quarter you get a statement showing who signed up, what they paid and what you earned, then a payment by bank transfer or check.

The terms, in plain English

  • A referral counts when an organization signs up through your link, or enters your code before its first payment. The first partner to refer an organization keeps it.
  • You earn 20% of what that organization pays us in the 12 months after its first payment, before tax and less refunds. If a payment is refunded after we've paid you, it comes off your next payout.
  • We pay within 30 days after each quarter ends, once you're owed $50 or more. Smaller amounts roll over to the next quarter.
  • We never share the people on your customers' badges with you. Your statement shows each organization's name, plan and payments, so you can check our math.
  • Your own subscription doesn't earn a commission, and please don't bid on the BadgeBadger name in search ads.
  • Either of us can end the partnership at any time. You're still paid for payments made before it ended.

Rather resell BadgeBadger and invoice your customers yourself? Email me and we’ll work out reseller pricing.

Steven Broyer

I’m Steven. I built BadgeBadger after paying $1,500 for desktop badge software and a USB dongle, just to make 30 staff IDs for an event. If you sell card printers, you’ve probably heard that story from your customers too. I’d like to be the software you can recommend without a second thought.
